Progress Updates On Our New Building: Trailer Equipment / Trailer Xpress Inc.
1 June 2023
Check out how incredible this new building looks with all the landscaping done! It’s a work in progress but so far, we added hydro-seed for new grass, a sprinkler system, and even installed a gate at the main entrance! We also added a couple hundred more parking spaces on the west side of the building to expand more of our operations!
If you haven’t checked out this new facility, now is the time!

It’s been a long road, but after several weeks of moving and putting in long hours, we are official moved into our new building! With that said, we still have a lot of work to complete as we do all the finishing touches and get our new auto wash up and running! Not to mention our new truck service will be up and running later this year. Stay tuned for more updates, we got a lot coming!
There are many new services we are bringing to the table which will help us better serve you and our community. Let’s keep truckin’ together!
Customers and vendors are welcome to an open house (self-tour) on May 4th, 2023 from 11am to 2pm. Food and drinks will be supplied.

Within the last two weeks, we have begun the process of moving into our new building and are halfway done! Parts department, quick-service and shop are all up and running! We now have one week to finish installing all the furniture and move the rest of the staff in! It’s full throttle to the finish line now as we get fully moved in! At the time, we have now closed both our old locations and are redirecting all west Michigan traffic to our new location! 290 92nd St. SW Byron Center, MI. 49315

We are truckin' along with the interior of our new building! Check out how awesome the main office entrance looks so far! Also, the photo with yellow guard rails will be our new drive-thru TRUCK/TRAILER WASH! Hard to believe we are only ONE month away from moving in. More news coming soon, so stay tuned!

Check out all the new concrete and pavement! It really makes the colors on the building POP! By now, most of the exterior has been completed and focus has been shifted towards the interior. We are less than 60 days away from moving in! Let’s not forget about the interior furniture renderings! More updates coming soon!

Here’s the first look at the interior progress of the new building! WOW.... That’s a lot of space. Check out how many trailer bays there are! This time next year this space will be completely filled with office space and tons of equipment! More updates coming very soon!

A LOT has happened in the last month, starting with all the walls and walls in place and most of the concrete poured inside the building! As you drive by on US-131 the red really makes the building look incredible! It’s hard to believe less than one year ago this was just a corn field! There will be a date announced soon for the grand opening, so stay tuned for more updates!

Now that the whole roof is place and many of the side panels being installed, it’s really beginning to take shape! Just wait for the red panels to be installed on the East (highway side) of building, at that point it will really make the building pop as you drive by. Not the mention they have began dredging the entrance way so they can install water, electric, plumbing and more!

Construction is moving quicker and quicker every week! With most of the buildings outer steel beams in place, it’s almost impossible not look at it driving by on US-131. The next big projection is finishing the walls, insulation, plumbing, wiring, water lines, power lines and many others. As fast as everything is moving along, we’ll be posting many more updates. So, stay tuned for more!

Construction has moved into full speed! With the cement footings in place and the steel beams starting to go up, its beginning to come together! Crews are now working 6 days a week, so a lot will happen in the next 30 - 60 days. We will continue to post updates as they come in so stay tuned!
14 JUNE 2022
Now that all the steel and materials have arrived and the dirt is now leveled, crews have begun staking the building! In one of the images, you can start to see the outline of the building! Once that is done, steel beams will go into place and cement will be poured. A lot will happen in the next several weeks so stay tuned!

Despite having lots of rain (which pushed us back a bit) crews have finally began leveling and moving dirt for our new building! Next week all the steel will be delivered and the building will begin to go up! We’ll be adding many more services to our customers that we don’t already, which will make us an obvious choice for all your trailer needs. We are super excited for this new facility and can’t wait to share it with you!

As the snow melts and more of the ground is moved, we continue moving forward on our new building! Lot’s of dirt is needed to fill the ground. Once that’s done, the entire land will be leveled flat for construction to begin! The short video shows how deep the hole was before it was filled.

Construction equipment has arrived and dirt is finally being moved! In this update, a small pond is being relocated to a better location as we make room for our MASSIVE service center. We are excited for this building and the all the excellent service that it will bring to area.

OFFICIAL GROUND BREAKING
This marks the day we began moving dirt for the construction of our new building! This MASSIVE building will centralize our operations and help us better serve our community and the trucking industry overall.
